The Plant People have recently completed the Landscaping works on a Housing New Zealand subdivision in Claverdon Road, Massey. The site was significantly overgrown when works commenced in late 2010.

Working under the direction of Terra Consultants, works included the removal of noxious weeds, turning overgrown land into Council reserves, planting 3,900 re-vegetation plants in the stormwater wetland and reserve areas, grassing, straw mulching and planting 44 specimen trees in the streetscape and reserve.

The site has been significantly improved over recent months making way for a smooth 224C sign off process with Council. The Plant People will now maintain the site on behalf of Housing New Zealand for the next 24 months before vesting the streetscape, stormwater pond and reserve areas with Auckland Council.
