Commercial landscaping services for group home builder at Lakeside: a new master-planned community in the Waikato
The Plant People’s Group Housing Division is landscaping a total of 190 homes for Mike Greer Commercial at Lakeside residential development in Te Kauwhata, Waikato. We have several compact and efficient teams on-site, providing a full commercial landscaping service to each individual Mike Greer site.
Additionally, you’ll find The Plant People beautifying the roundabouts, while our Construction division is providing the hard landscaping for this development. We’ve created the Lakeside gateway, which includes an impressive rock wall (see photo gallery below).
For each Mike Greer residential property we are:
- Building fencing
- Installing concrete drives and patios
- Planting garden beds
- Sowing lawns
Lakeside Residential Development
Neighbouring Te Kauwhata village, twenty minutes south of Pokeno, the new Lakeside community features a relaxed rural environment. Lake Waikare provides the backdrop to the development. At 34 km², Waikare is the largest of several shallow lakes linked to the Waikato River.
Lakeside will provide public access to the banks of Lake Waikare and its surrounding 185 acres of dedicated reserve land, abundant with birdlife. Over 5km of walking and cycle trails will feature in this reserve land.
A Village Centre at Lakeside will provide residents with valuable community facilities all within walking distance of their new home.
