The Plant People have completed work on parks at the award winning Stonefields Development in Mount Wellington.
The parks are two of eleven recreational areas that are part of the 110-hectare residential development, a former quarry at the base of Mount Wellington.
At Fissure Park the art wall has just been completed, and the park is now open to the public.
The Plant People constructed the concrete paths, steps, walls, park furniture, and installed the lawns and plants.
The contemporary walls and pathways compliment the fresh landscaping, creating a fusion between the open green space and the urban surroundings.
The professional horticulturists have also recently completed a 24-month maintenance period at the development’s Wedge Park, which has now been handed over to Auckland Council for preservation.
