The Prestons Road subdivision has been an exciting adventure to be part of as it has unfolded with many different layers, levels and design elements. The Plant People have been involved with the Prestons Road subdivision development right from the start where we jazzed up the street corners using an exposed aggregate to add a dynamic and striking appeal back in 2014.
The Plant People are now busy constructing the boardwalks that will link to the playground area adding yet another level of excitement and beauty to this growing town located in the north east of Christchurch. Being only approximately 20 minutes drive from the City Centre, the Prestons Road subdivision has been designed to be a sustainable urban village with 203-hectares that will become a residential precinct for over 2,300 houses and 8,000 residents.
