Over the last 12 months The Plant People has been involved with the construction of a number of modern and energy efficient medium-density residential developments across Christchurch.
Part of the City’s rebuilding efforts following the infamous Christchurch earthquakes, the suburb of Phillipstown is one example of the fresh approach being applied to housing in the region.
The development offers 5 two-bedroom and 4 one-bedroom apartments, with construction scheduled to be competed at England Street, Phillipstown, in 2016.
