In April 2015 we farewelled Tracey Campbell after nearly six years of service with The Plant People.
Tracey started with us back in October 2009 to help out with the irrigation and sprinklers in Pegasus Town. Her adaptability and Get it done attitude soon turned Tracey into one of The Plant People’s key staff members.
As we grew so did Tracey’s role and knowledge and she became our Garden Team Supervisor. With a small team of staff under her, the Garden Team are responsible for planting and maintaining our contracted gardens. Tracey was heavily involved in the Pegasus contract and was invaluable to many when it came to irrigation issues within the Christchurchtownship.
However as our main contract work in Pegasus came to an end and work expanded into the greater Christchurch area, Tracey struggled to juggle home life, her children’s needs and work. Tracey needed a change to keep a healthy balance in life, and unfortunately for us that change was with her work. Tracey has moved on to employment that will see her remain local.
We would like to extend a big “Thank you” to Tracey for all that she has done, given and juggled for us and wish her every success in the future. It was certainly a journey not to be forgotten.
